I’d had a pensive couple of days with some moments of high emotion. I’d decided a day ago that I ought to take a moment for myself, one that will hopefully remind me how fortunate I am regardless of anything else going on in life. I didn’t anticipte that this sunrise to be quite so soul-stirring as it was. And I certainly didn’t expect to have it entirely to myself. It felt ethereal and magic and left me shook up in an unsettled but wondrous way for the remainder of the day.
